Per Call
CCEX offers a per call service for those looking for hardware support on the go that is available when problems occur. Please keep in mind, we are always available on a best-effort basis (contract customers always come first).
Hourly Rates:
$185 per hour: | 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays, with a 2-hour minimum, plus travel time and parts. |
$205 per hour: | All other times (outside 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays), with a 2-hour minimum, plus travel time and parts. |
Carry-in (Walk-in)
We offer carry-in computer repair services that will be assessed at a minimum $95 charge.
$110 per hour: | 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Mon.-Friday, excluding Holidays, plus parts. |
