What is the best Cell Phone Carrier to use?

Answer:
We have found Verizon Wireless to be the best Cell Phone Provider in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area for the following reason:
1) Fastest Data (Internet) Network. Verizon devices have EVDO support which can give you speeds of up to 1.4 Mbps.
2) Very few dropped calls.
3) Strongest Signals and most coverage in DC.
4) Verizon is the only Carrier that currently works on the Metro.
5) Verizon now offers new line of World Phones. (Previously Verizon phones didn't work when traveling to Europe and Asia)

Should I choose a Blackberry, Windows Mobile, or iPhone?

Answer:
Blackberry is one of the first and most popular smart phones available, but many organizations do not realize that to take advantage of most of the Blackberry’s features, a (BES) Blackberry Enterprise Server is required. We have heard many users voice their frustration after using a Blackberry without a BES server, as most of the syncing features are disabled without it.

Windows Mobile Devices including the Treo Pro, Motorola Q, and Samsung Blackjack, are some of our favorites. These devices synchronize seamlessly as long as your organization is running an Exchange 2003, Exchange 2007, or Exchange 2010 mail server. If you are still running Exchange 2000 or Exchange 5.5, you will need to upgrade.

The Apple iPhone is said to do it all: Play music, video, browse the internet, read e-mail, etc. This phone does a good job of syncing with personal e-mail accounts such Gmail, hotmail, and MAC mail. Recently Apple added ActiveSync support for the iPhone. Theoretically, this allows it to sync with an Exchange the same way an Windows Mobile Device does. However, there are still a number of bugs to be worked out with respect to Calender and Contact synchronization, and therefore we do not currently recommend this device.
